Delete your PartChowk account
This page is for PartChowk, the Android marketplace app from Navnira Development Labs (com.navnira.partchowk). Use it to request that your account and associated data be deleted.
To delete some data and keep the account, use Delete PartChowk data.
You do not need to be signed in. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
How to request deletion
- Open your email app.
- Send a message to hello@navnira.com or techyboy8navnira@gmail.com.
- Use the subject: PartChowk account deletion.
- In the body, include the Indian mobile number you used to sign in, and the words “Please delete my PartChowk account and associated data.”
- We confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
Data we delete
When we process a valid request, we delete:
- Your account profile (name, username, phone number, email, shop name, and role)
- Your listings and listing photos
- Your wanted-part posts and photos
- Your in-app chat messages and chat photos
- Block and report records tied to your account
Data we may keep
We may keep limited records if required for fraud, abuse, or Indian law (for example, that a deletion request was processed). Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days until those backups rotate.
Login OTPs are short-lived and are not kept as message history.
Timeline
We process valid requests within 30 days. If we must retain something for a legal obligation, we will tell you what we kept and why.
