Delete PartChowk data (keep your account)
This page is for PartChowk, the Android marketplace app from Navnira Development Labs (com.navnira.partchowk). Use it if you want some or all of your data removed without closing your account.
To close the account itself, use Delete your PartChowk account.
What you can delete in the app
You do not need to email us for these:
- Open PartChowk and sign in.
- Listings: open your listing → delete it. Photos for that listing are removed with it.
- Wanted posts: close the request, then delete it. Photos for that post are removed with it.
Your account, phone login, profile, and other posts stay.
What to email us for
Chat history, chat photos, or other data that the app cannot delete itself:
- Open your email app.
- Send a message to hello@navnira.com or techyboy8navnira@gmail.com.
- Use the subject: PartChowk data deletion.
- Include the Indian mobile number you used to sign in, say keep my account, and list what to delete (for example chat with a specific user, or all chat photos).
- We confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
Data we delete vs keep
Deleted (only what you asked for, or what you removed in the app): the matching listings, wanted posts, photos, and/or chat messages.
Kept: your account (name, username, email, phone, role, shop name) unless you also request full account deletion. We may keep limited records for fraud, abuse, or Indian law. Backups may hold residual copies for up to 90 days.
Timeline
We process valid email requests within 30 days. In-app deletes take effect immediately.
